But we have built a team of professionals to help us be in 10 places at once, and therefore greatly enhance the quality of service we can deliver to our clients. And on top of this, we've used cutting edge technology to dramatically improve the speed, efficiency and innovative capabilities of every part of the service we deliver.

Who we are at O'KEEFE2:

Roderick O’Keefe (Roderick O'Keefe Personal Real Estate Corporation), Listing & Investment Specialist

Raised in the Okanagan, Roderick’s first passion has always been Real Estate and investing. Roderick gained experience over the past 14 years investing in the Okanagan and internationally. Investments range from multi-unit investment properties to single homes and also renovation and resell.
At the same time, Roderick held a corporate executive position in the hi-tech sector. This provided him with an excellent foundation as he sold and marketed to Fortune 100 accounts globally. More importantly, gaining access to the executives that run these billion dollar companies took aggressive and innovative marketing campaigns from Roderick’s Sales & Marketing divisions. Roderick now leverages these experiences and marketing strategies to assist people in selling their real estate in record time for the best value.

David O'Keefe, Broker & Chief Negotiator

David O'Keefe has been in the real estate industry for 17 years. During that time, David has worked as Broker/Agent for Sutton Realty/Century 21 in both Kelowna and Vernon. David also sat for five years as chair of the North Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Division.
David's experience in zoning, bylaws and city planning are vast as he sat on Vernon City Council for nine years. David is also an avid investor and developer as he has owned real estate throughout the Okanagan, Whistler and Silver Star. David provides both buyer & seller services, specializing in high-end lakefront & recreation properties and strategic negotiations.

Chuck Hardy, Investment & Listing Specialist

Chuck has over 12 years of experience in real estate development, planning, sales, marketing and financing. He has specialized in Golf Course and Recreational Real Estate developments with noteworthy success in projects such as Dragon Ridge (Nevada) & Gray Hawk (Arizona). During this time, he worked alongside homeowners as well as individual and corporate developers to customize their investments in real estate to meet their long and short term goals while being ranked in the top 5% nationally.
Chuck brings to the O'KEEFE² Team a proven track record for success. He offers our clients the very best in service through a creative approach ensuring real estate is sold in less time and for more money.

Evan Green, Buyer Specialist & New Home Construction

Evan’s five years of experience in Real Estate and Property Development have provided him with a strong foundation for a successful track record. Evan’s background in property development and construction is the reason he has taken his place on the O'KEEFE² Team as the go-to person for our clients who are first time builders or seasoned developers. This expansive knowledge and Evan’s general approachability have catapulted him to the top of the industry.

Justin Love, Buyer Specialist

Lyndsay oversees the day-to-day operations of the O'KEEFE² Team . Primary responsibilities are office administration & trade show management; Lyndsay also provides invaluable support in the consummation of our Real Estate Transactions. Lyndsay’s background is administrative support & accounting for a number of Mortgage Brokerage firms in Vancouver and Edmonton. She is a tremendous asset to the O'KEEFE² Team with her confident and professional demeanour and her ability to keep a level head in a busy environment.

Dannise Trottier, Listing Coordinator (Unlicensed Assistant)

Dannise is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of information representing our Clients' properties. She confers with the listing Realtor to provide suitable information regarding the marketing of the property, as well as addressing the issues and concerns of the listing client. She gathers all information needed for the listings to be displayed on Realtor.ca and our website at www.okeefe2.com for public viewing.

Gabrielle Merk, Administration and Marketing (Unlicensed Assistant)

Gabrielle has been with the O'KEEFE² Team since its inception, and brings extreme dedication and 15 years of experience in Office Management to the Team. Her extensive knowledge of a wide variety of computer programs makes her invaluable in providing background support for all business operations. Gabrielle is primarily responsible for making sure our Clients' properties are  advertised and marketed as extensively and attractively as possible.

Susan O’Keefe, Research Assistant / Investment Consultant (Unlicensed)

With over 10 years’ experience as a real estate investor in both Canada and the US, this self-described “home-maker” has managed her own tenant-filled properties as well as all aspects of contracted renovations both for resale and property upgrade. Time management, organizational skills and energy are essential for survival in the world of the home-maker, and these skills combined with a personable and professional attitude add a valuable element to the O'KEEFE² team.

Susan also researches and co-authors all published materials and marketing collateral for the O'KEEFE² Team.
